5Q5：Can I get the free sample ?
There are many customers ask for free samples. These are big cost for company. We will return your sample cost after quantities exceed 200pcs .
6Q6: What's the best price ?
Due to the differences of various products, Our price also have quite a wide range. You are always welcome to contact us, and we will quote the best price ASAP .
7Q7: When can I find tracking information on internet ?
Usually, you can find the information on internet in 2days after we give you the tracking number .
1Q8: What type of plug do you offer ?
Please tell me in which country you are going to use our equipments,we will give you right plug .
2Q9：How do you deal with the quality problem products ?
We offer one year warranty for radios. so if any quality problem, send me videos or photos to check first. And our engineer will try give remote support to solve the problem, if finally remote support is not enough, please send it back to us for replacement .
3Q10：How can you guarantee your product quality ?
We will 100% test the goods before shipment, and we can sign quality Guarantee agreement .
4Q11：Do you have the BSCI or SEDEX ?
In May 2019,Chierda passed the Amazon audit and obtained the Sedex certificate .
5Q12：Do you accept OEM or ODM ?
As a manufactory and have own R&D department, OEM&ODM are welcomed. we will try our best to meet your requirements with our products and services .

2Q16：What's the payment terms ?

3Q17：Why sometimes your partner's voice is intermittent ?
Please note that you are within normal communication range, If you want use radio in distance range, please change other antenna with a bigger output power .
If still same problem, please send the radio back to your authorized dealer for repairing .
4Q18：Can't turn on talky and even it is switch on, it often shuts off automatically ?
Please check the battery contacts on the walkie talkie. If it is broken or twisted, please return the radio to your authorized dealer for maintenance during warranty .
5Q19：Can't transmit or receiver signal with other members ?
First, please verify that the channel frequency and the CTCSS you are used the same as those of your group members. Please make sure that you and your partners are all within the radio coverage, If the channel frequency and the CTCSS are the same .
6Q20：Why sometimes received voice from other groups ?
Two way solutions.You can change another channel or change another channel frequency by PC software .
7Q21：Which is better – VHF or UHF ?
Depends on the terrain. The UHF signal is attenuated or absorbed by foliage, rough terrain and trees, VHF does better outdoors. The VHF has difficulties penetrating steel and concrete, UHF does better in and around buildings. If you use the radios in both environments, we prefer using UHF band .
